What are the navigation technologies of AGV ?
The handling robot AGV moves the material by lifting. Generally, the lifting mechanism is located above the latent AGV. During the operation, the latent handling robot stops directly below the goods. AGV rely mainly on navigation technology to move the line, so what navigation technology does AGV have? What’s going on here?
1. Direct coordinate navigation
Direct AGV coordinate block area positioning to multiple coordinates with small area, guide by counting small area, by photovoltaic equipment count changes and electromagnetic two forms, modify shift path guidance high reliability, not high requirements of the environment to achieve.
2. Electronic-magnetic guided
Electromagnetic guidance is more traditional guidance, application is more, it is in the AGV driving path buried metal wire, with the frequency of the metal wire to achieve effective guidance, guidance wire is usually hidden well, not easy to produce pollution and damage, easy to manage control and communication, the cost of enterprise use is relatively low.
3. Magnetic tape guidance
This is a similar guide electromagnetic mode, magnetic tape instead of magnetic induction signal, better flexibility to achieve, easy to change the path forward, simple laying, the road surface affixed with metal wire guide pieces, around susceptible to interference metal material circulation, by the outside world, so high environmental protection requirements.
4. Optical Guided
Paint or paste the color belt on the driving path, through the image signal of the color belt can be a simple analysis and processing to achieve the guidance of the intelligent car, flexibility is good, the ground route setting is simple and easy, but the enterprise environment design requirements are too high, guidance reliability is poor, accuracy is poor.
5. Laser navigation
The laser reflector with accurate position is installed around the AGV driving path. The laser scanner emits laser beam, collects the laser beam reflected by the reflector, and determines the position and movement direction of the AGV to achieve the final guidance through continuous triangular geometric operation Accurate positioning, flexible driving path, can be used in a variety of scenarios, the environmental requirements are relatively high, easy to be affected by rain, snow, fog.
6. Inertial guidance
Inertial navigation is to install a gyroscope on the strapdown vehicle and install a positioning block on the ground of the driving area. Agv can guide THE Agv by calculating the deviation signal of the gyroscope and the ground positioning block signal, so as to determine the position and direction of the Agv. Advanced technology, compared with wire guidance, the ground processing workload is small, and the path is flexible.
7. GPS navigation
Controlled by satellite target tracking and guidance, usually used for outdoor remote tracking and guidance, its accuracy depends on the satellite in the sky, and the surrounding environment and other factors, the production cost is higher, but more accurate positioning.
