PLA biodegradable drinking straw making machine uses polylactice acid (PLA) as raw materials, With melting, extrusion, shaping, cooling, pulling, and cutting process, then produce transparent or ivory-white color drinking straws. The complete production line is composed of main body, tooling, cooling system, cutting machine, and automatic L-shape drinking straw collection machine.
PLA material can be 100% biodegraded within 180 days under composting condition with final outcome of CO2 and H2O, which does not have pollution to the underground water and no harm to the growth of plant.
PLA(Poly Lactic Acid) is a new developed eco-friendly material which is derived from plant-base starch.It uses corn, cassava and other crops as raw materials and has excellent biodegradability. It can be degraded by microorganisms in the soil to generate CO2 and water within six months to one year after waste, without any impact on the environment.
